This Technical department performs a monthly check and maintenance service inside itself. That’s why research survey held not long time ago, showed so amazing positive results.
In case of any equipment break down or device malfunction during restaurant daily operation, the technical department technicians will come immediately after received a notification from the branch manager. They increase the business reliability and productivity by keeping the restaurant equipments operate at full condition and update all technology from time to time.
Smokin’ Hippo also has a quality assurance department. This department will perform a 3 months-based check and evaluation procedure. They check and evaluate the restaurant’s operation, cleanliness and equipments maintenance from the kitchen to the front door checking every small detail like nails in the door. The quality assurance department report to head manager to take corrective actions to immediately rectify any problems exhibit.
